On April 4, 2024, Shimt Education LLC, in partnership with the General Authority of Education and School No. 1 in Ulaanbaatar, organized the inaugural National Competition for Primary School Teachers in Mongolia. The event honored the legacy of Merited Teacher of Mongolia, Z. Tserennadmid, and aimed to foster excellence in primary education. The competition featured STEAM assignments, designed to assess participants' ability to implement innovative teaching methodologies and adapt to evolving educational needs. Winners were awarded 15 million MNT worth of educational resources, supporting their commitment to advancing classroom teaching and enhancing the learning experience for students.
The competition brought together educators from across the country, offering a platform to showcase their skills, share best practices, and inspire a new standard of teaching excellence.
